Members will recall that these regulations were originally adopted back in 2016, with implementation planned in three phases. Phase 2 took effect in November 2024, and Phase 3 took effect in 2024 without interpretive guidance. Webknowledge, skills and facilities required in order for a care home to deliver an individually tailored and comprehensive service. The Standards are applicable, in tandem with the regulations, to care homes that were registered asresidential care or nursing homes under the Registered Homes Act 1984,
