WebThe cut of the shirt is important. Like that Paul Frank t-shirt feels dated because tight tees (especially with crew necks) aren't as modern as boxier, looser cuts in thinner fabrics. YMMV obviously, but I think graphic tees on adults look best paired with otherwise more structured pieces: pencil skirts, blazers or trousers as examples.
