Web22 apr. 2014 · Member. Apr 22, 2014. #1. Newegg is tiring to charge me $10.50 shipping and a $3 restocking fee for an item I spent $17 on with free shipping. I contacted customer service to ask to cancel the return and they offered to cancel the $3 restocking fee and that I can use my own, cheaper shipping but I would be responsible if that package is lost.
