Jesus’s parables are seemingly simple and memorable stories, often with imagery, and all teach a lesson in our daily lives. WebHe wanted people to have faith in God so that they could be saved from their sins. Therefore, he needed people who could help him, and as a result, he chose the twelve disciples. Most of the Jesus’ teachings were through parables as it was a way of illustrating insightful teachings and truths about Christianity (Zanzig, 1999).
