WebThe Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) is a low frequency radio telescope consisting of 256 tiles, each with 16 dipole antennas. The MWA is led and operated by Curtin University and is supported by a consortium of five countries (Australia, Canada, China, Japan, and the USA). Like ASKAP, the MWA is an official precursor to the SKA telescopes.
